ELECTRIC LADYLAND

Bellevue Campus, 5 Bellevue Rd, Kloof, South Africa
This office park is set in an elevated position within the mature garden of a villa in the long-established suburb of Kloof. The three double-storeyed office pavilions, constructed from concrete, brick, timber and glass, are robust yet internally flexible. Adjusted to accommodate existing trees on the site, the pavilions turn their backs on the perimeter, where the parking is located, and open to the office park’s centre, where linking walkways are shaded by roof slabs and hanging sails.
